Mobile Single-Point Hoist with Single Unit Load Capacity ≥ 1000kg

Equipped with high-precision track beams to create a dynamic stage. It can move accurately, smoothly and silently to any position along the horizontal path, innovating the traditional fixed hoisting point installation mode. Breaking the physical limitations of hoisting points, it can adjust the plane positions of various devices in real time according to scene requirements, achieving the flexible visual presentation of "static stage, dynamic composition". Meanwhile, as a new type of self-arranging rope boom hoist, Jiangsu Zhongbang has optimized its pulley production and installation technology, effectively shortening the production cycle and improving delivery efficiency while ensuring equipment stability and product quality.

Light Grid Layer Steel Structure

Multi-Specification Horizontal Booms (5.5m/6m/7m/4m)

Adapted to different space sizes of three studios and the art recording studio, they flexibly arrange lighting, audio and scenery points, supporting the hanging layout of various programs including large-scale variety shows, political live broadcasts, interviews, news quick recordings, etc.

To ensure the load stability and adaptability of multi-specification horizontal booms, Jiangsu Zhongbang carried out special load tests to fully verify the bearing effect of each specification and guarantee the compliant and efficient operation of equipment.

Microphone Lifting Boom

Adopting an aluminum alloy square tube telescopic structure with good guidance, high rigidity and stable operation, equipped with a hoist ≥ 80kg and lifting height ≥ 13m. It features a 360° rotating crossbar for flexible sound pickup in multiple scenarios, and is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, suitable for high-frequency recording and high-standard live broadcasting, safe, reliable and convenient.

Flat Cable Reel

Suitable for orderly storage of flat cables, automatically retracting and releasing cables synchronously with boom lifting, avoiding cable winding and pulling damage. It ensures neat cables for multiple groups of heavy equipment, hides cables in interview recording, reduces cable arrangement time for frequent scene changes, and eliminates cable shaking noise in recording studios, prolonging cable service life and ensuring studio safety and tidiness.

Fully Digital Electric Boom Control Console

Booms can be controlled individually or operated in centralized groups. The display panel of the computer console is designed to simulate the on-site working mode, with the boom layout on the panel completely consistent with the actual distribution in the studio, displaying the information, number and operating status of each boom for intuitive use. Adopting a computer graphic operation interface, the graphics correspond to the on-site boom positions one by one, allowing intuitive selection and control of each boom or a group of booms. The console is equipped with a wireless PDA, enabling lighting operators to complete lighting work anywhere in the studio, and the wireless PDA can select and control each boom or a group of booms.

Paired with a handheld control terminal, on-site adjustment is more flexible and efficient.

Booms are made of Japanese-style aluminum alloy profiles, lightweight and sturdy. Strong and weak currents are wired separately to ensure stable signals.
